Case Study – EIGHT Beer

EIGHT Elite Light Beer

Building a premium light beer brand from launch through national growth.

Over the past three years, I’ve partnered with EIGHT Beer as an ongoing creative partner, helping evolve the brand across packaging, merchandise, advertising, digital campaigns, retail activations, and product launches. Rather than creating isolated assets, the goal has been to build a cohesive visual system capable of growing alongside the brand while maintaining consistency at every customer touchpoint.

The Challenge

Launching a new beer into one of the country’s most competitive markets requires more than great packaging—it demands a recognizable identity that feels authentic across retail shelves, sporting events, social media, merchandise, and promotional campaigns.

As the brand expanded, every new product, campaign, and partnership needed to feel unmistakably EIGHT Beer.

The Approach

Rather than reinventing the brand with every campaign, we focused on building a flexible design system.

Every decision—from typography and color to photography, layouts, and packaging—was made with long-term consistency in mind.

This approach allowed the brand to evolve naturally while remaining recognizable whether someone encountered it on a grocery shelf, inside a stadium, or scrolling through social media.

The Results

Over the course of our partnership, the creative expanded alongside the business, supporting new product launches, retail growth, national partnerships, and increased brand visibility.

While individual campaigns came and went, the visual identity remained consistent—creating a stronger, more recognizable brand with every new execution.
