Refund and Returns Policy
All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printify. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
That said, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if there’s an issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zacholdham@me.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please reach out and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. Replacements or refunds may be offered depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Buyer’s remorse
- Minor variations in color or placement (these can occur due to screen differences and printing processes)
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin production shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.
